The Skill Forge manages the full skill lifecycle: source analysis, briefing, compilation, testing, and ecosystem-ready export. Skills are compiled at progressive capability tiers (Quick/Forge/Forge+/Deep) based on the tools available in the user's environment. Ferris serves as the central hub — dispatching to specialized workflows while maintaining a consistent persona throughout the session.
